Filed with a mistake on the preparers behalf then refused after they were sent back long story short we filed our taxes 3 months ago and still no return on a simple 1040 cAnt get anyone at smith to answer finaly answers and say only that it's out of her hands lol wow. I will never ever use or recommend smith tax service again
