I have never been more disappointed in a branch. I love US bank but I will NEVER recommend this branch. My husband and I stood in line for over 45 minutes just to cash a check. The tellers were standing around talking instead of opening windows. I also needed a few papers notarized and was pushed to the side to wait even longer. Worst banking experience I've ever had.
I needed money for an emergency and my family member sent exactly what I needed. They took 20.00 of it as a fee for someone else transferring it and left me stuck. I told the female teller I was closing my account and she said "ok" like it didnt matter. Horrible customer service
Pretty good bank. I've been with them 6to7 years they have always had things I need. They do need to speed the bank tellers.
