Newport tn enterprise is a joke I was in the store they offered a woman a ford fusion and she did not want it and ask about it and they told me that they had no rentals left that's the way Newport Tn enterprise. operates bad business the i have tried to rent their before same thing when you are really in need of transportation I guess my business is no good their

I have rented from this company quite a few times. My experiences have always been okay for the most part. Most times we never got the vehicle we had requested. A couple of times the vehicle wasn't there on time. This time made me review. When I arrive to get my rental van. I had to wait for the sales person to quit playing games on his phone before he came to help me. The employee was very short when speaking to me like he had better things to do. The van was dirty I had not been cleaned or rushed when cleaned. The windows were filthy and hard to see through. The tires looked slick. While driving the van to our destination anytime we would hit rain even just a little the van would not handle well due to its tires. When returning the van I had planned on speaking with an employee about these issues but was never asked how my experience was the only thing I was asked was my name and if I wanted a receipt. The employee never made eye contact with me and handed me my receipt as he walked away.
