I could not have been happier with the service provided by the Commercial Truck Center team. They diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently, and were super nice in the process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the problem resolved (finally!). I will make a special trip to have them service my vehicle in the future.
Rebuttal to Anita Nielsen negative post. Commercial Truck is very proud of its customer service and reputation since 1997. Unfortunately there are people in this world no matter how hard you try to please them it's never enough. Ms. Nielsen called our breakdown department and specifically instructed us to call her driver ( Dale ) to deal with the details on the mechanical failure / repairs at a roadside breakdown location. After our Tech. arrived not only was the serpentine belt broken but the "idler pulleys and tensioners". Thus the reason the serpentine belt was broken! The driver (Dale) approved and oversaw the repairs. Repairs and parts were located and installed in a timely manner. Ms. Nielsen was then notified of the time the job was started and completed plus parts when contacted to pay the invoice. The time for labor / parts list / driving distances and driver approval plus witnessing job should be proof positive to warrant the costs involved. Ms. Nielsen called our office then immediately and without allowing our staff to explain in detail what had taken place became extremely argumentative and proceeded to verbally assault (Karen) our owner and service manager on the phone. Ms. Nielsen never allowed myself nor Karen to discuss the details of the job. Most unfortunate! Reid Hawley / President / Commercial Truck Center, Inc.
Can't say enough about this business. Had an issue with our RV in the road. Quickly looked up a truck centre in the area and called them. Gave us directions n as soon as we arrived, started working on RV. Fix the issue, and on our way. Very helpful and friendly and are on hands owners. Great to still see small business like them are still around. Thanks again!
