Lance was rude and a total jerk he started to talk about games we have never heard of since we are not huge gamers and when we told him this he snapped at us very disappointing , but the kid that cashed us out was awesome,we will not be returning to the Newport location again, they used to have great customer service it's gone down hill for sure
