Zero stars if it were possible. I ordered these flowers online for my mother. I thought I noticed the webpage stated free delivery so I called to confirm. The lady answered the phone was annoyed that I asked about free delivery and berated me over the free delivery question. I confronted her about her attitude towards me and she stated that she was too busy and she called herself the B-word. I asked her to cancel my transaction but she told me "good luck" and hang up the phone on me. To add insult to this transaction, the flowers that I ordered were nothing compared to what my mother received. I will not be doing business with these folks again.

My bride ordered and paid for a bouquet for our wedding months in advance. When we arrived to pick up the bouquet the day before our wedding, we were told that the ticket with our requests for the bouquet had been lost, so they just decided to wing it. The bouquet was not horrible looking, but it was not what she ordered. The colors didn't match any of the other flowers or colors in our ceremony. My wife explained that it wasn't what she had asked for, and they said they didn't have any other flowers, so we elected to take it, but then later decided to throw it away and make our own bouquet. $120 wasted. Hard to imagine how they're still in business with this poor customer service.

If you need anything, they can do it!! The extra plus is that they are a local business!! I'm always happy with my arrangements from Wilma's and their nursery plants are always top quality.
I just returned home, having been gone for six days. I was at a convention requiring cutting off my phone. At some time during my absence flowers were delivered to my home. They failed to be assured I would be there! Thus, the roses are by now wide open, another flower wilted and dying as well as a number of the green fill. Plus, I now have fewer days to enjoy this bouquet! This is NOT y first poor experience with this florist!
