I've been going to French Broad Studio for 6 years and I love it there. It's the best yoga studio in the area. Our instructor is very knowledgeable and the Iyendar style of yoga is excellent because it teaches us a proper alignment of the body to prevent injuries. The atmosphere of the studio is very friendly and warm. I will never quit going there.
I love Julie's teaching and the support received from the other woman. Great place to do yoga.

Such a treat to find a yoga studio like French Broad here in the Newport area. As good teachers do, Julie individualizes instruction for those of us who need practice and encouragement while challenging those who are ready to be challenged.
