Friend took me for my birthday dinner, not impressed, he ordered a steak he said tasted spoiled I order turkey bacon club on sour dough bread. When I received my sandwich I waited for waitress to come back to table after food was brought the bacon felt like it and turkey came straight from fridge not warm at all, I had her take back, when I received it back it was like they put in microwave to heat, lettuce then was warm and slimey. Worst food I've had I. Long time will not return
Long wait, over cooked steak and lousy service. Too bad this is second time here no improvement yet time for management change
Great food but service was really lacking. When we got there, they were mildly busy. We waited to be seated, but there was no hostess present. Numerous staff walked by us, seeing that we were waiting for a seat (many many tables were available ) a few staff acknowledged us and told us that someone would be with us shortly. We ended up standing there pretty much being ignored for 15 minutes. Finally "get this " the dishwasher sat us at a table in the bar. We waited another 10 minutes for a waitress. She was less than friendly. Other than bringing our drinks, taking our order, bringing food, then the check we never saw her. We had to get the bartender to get our drinks refilled and get to go containers. We probably won't go back because the food was really good, but all 3 times we've been there, the service was really lacking
Omg it was just awful my server didn't have a clue !! It would take all day to day what happened she didn't order my food the way I reauested. We waited forever to receive our drinks then no refills the entire meal. I didn't get my salad that comes before the meal we ordered appetizer and we got it before our drinks. When we finally got our food it wasn't how I ordered it. Was gonna let it go but it was cold. I had to chase my server down to ask her to warm it up. Keep in mind its not busy at the time. My son ate his food I still hadn't got mine still waiting but then was ready to leave. I ask for two boxes that I had to chase down also. As I went to pay I said I would not ever return to my amazement they ask why ugh ...over it they did comp my food but it don't matter I still won't go back awful just awful..
Awesome food and services. Just a add on, the best place to eat for lunch for the price. 5.99 to 9.99 and what you get r more than you can eat.
