I called and found I was out of this companies service area so they actually did not do the work for me, but he did give me some really good advice and some tips on finding someone in my area who could service my septic. So he gets 5 stars for taking the time to be so helpful even though he knew I wouldn't be a customer.
I just moved to the area and called them to have them come out and find and inspect my tank to see if it needed to be pumped out. They came and located my tank and told me it was good for another year. I asked them how much I owed them and he said, "all we did was locate your tank, you don't owe us anything, just remember us when you need it pumped." I told him that I would definitely use them and how much I appreciated him coming out today. I would definitely recommend their services.
