Tammy and her husband, Eric, are the hardest working couple in real estate in eastern Tennessee! Eight years ago we purchased land through Tammy, while we lived up north. Eric came by our building site two or three times a week to take photos of the builder's progress, and he worked tirelessly to get any and all questions to the builder answered. No problem was too inconvenient to handle. They put us in contact with a lender, and walked us through the entire process, ending it without a hitch. Eric was even here to help us unload the day we moved in! (That doesn't happen often, I suppose...) Now, with health issues, we're faced with moving again, and Tammy is on the ball in getting everything handled, both in selling this home and finding us another.
