My go to place for uhauls, trailers, and storage units. The lady that works up there is super nice, and goes above and beyond to help. I won't go anywhere else.
We are the owners of Newport Storage. This post is in response to the one star review. That post was placed by a relative of a tenant who was evicted for speeding on several occasions and using aggressive and foul language in front management and other customers. Fortunately this has only happened once in our almost five years of ownership.
I moved down here to Tennessee about a year ago from Richmond, In and had no place to put my stuff.. when I called from Indiana the lady was very nice and helpful. I have been there almost a year and I go by there at least 1 time a month to check on my storage and I have never seen dog poop in the yard and she has been there doin stuff around.. And when I stop by or call to make a payment the lady is very friendly . (She goes above and beyond) I will tell everyone that I know if they need a storage unit or a Uhaul this is the place to go...I definitely give this place 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice lady. Went out of her way to help.
Main office was closed during normal business hours, second office was full of vicious dogs, woman smoked a cigarette while we waited in the cold for her to unlock the unit, floor of unit was covered in dirt and the ground around the office was covered in dog feces
