Oct 2016 I rented a storage unit at pioneer storage in Newport,TN for a tenant that was renting from me. The manager of Pioneer storage is upset with me because the tenant left a loaded U-Haul truck on his establishment?! He called me Oct 21st to vacate the storage building. He wanted to empty the unit out and put her stuff in the abandoned U-Haul. My lease isn't up until October 31st. He told my tenant "your landlord planned this?." I had nothing to do with the rental on the U-Haul truck. Coercion and threats were made to me by the manager. He even said he would put my name in the newspaper.(for what?) I paid one months rent there for my tenant. Why would a so-called business owner treat a legal paying customer this way!!!??
