Only complaint is that we could not set the temperature on the heater. However, it was about 15 degrees outside, but remained pleasant inside. So, whatever the air machine was doing, it was adequate, thankfully.

Excellent location. Easy on/off freeway access but without the road noise you'd expect. Great lounge bar on site too. Perfect to relax at after a long drive.
My husband and I have stayed at the Best Western in Newport,Tn. Many times as we travel .
All that said, it was a nice clean room. Very reasonably priced. And, good free breakfast!
I'm posting again because this Best Western is nice! I always stay here because of the nice staff, very clean and up to date rooms, and access from the highway. Lots of fast food choices plus a restaurant at the hotel. Any time I have had any issues (tv, fridge )the front desk has handled them quickly! Reported the fridge last time and the next time I stayed it was fixed.
The food is delicious.
The Breakfast bar is well kept and clean.
The staff at the Best Western Newport Inn ,located in Newport TN. were very helpful upon our arrival. The room was a Handicapped accessible location on the first floor as we requested. It was very clean and had many additional amenities for travel guest. The breakfast was of a high standard and delicious. Scrambled eggs(freshly made-not pre packaged),hot and cold cereal ,fruit yogurt, rolls ,bacon, sausage ,toast juices milk and coffee, were offered. Much better than McDonalds or some other fast food option.
